Tae Kwon-Do (TKD)
Ages 4 and up (and up and up)
Our TKD curriculum is designed to encourage students to achieve self-esteem, self discipline and self-confidence. Our program is designed specifically for both younger and older students. Ages 4-7 will focus on developing gross motor skills, balance, manners, patience, coordination, and focus. Students gradually develop self-discipline, respect, and self-control. The TKD program is an exciting mix of self-defense, cardio, calisthenics and stretching. Best of all, our instructors will motivate you to stay on track.
Black Belt Champions
Do you have what it takes to be a Black Belt? This program is by invitation only. It is for students who have achieved their Orange belt or above and demonstrate characteristics of our ideal students.
Master’s Club
By invitation only. For those students who want to go beyond their Black Belt.

Child Junior Belts (White to Orange Black):
Monday, Wednesday, Friday classes are from 6:15pm - 7:00pm
Tuesday, Thursday classes are from 5:30pm - 6:15pm
Satuday classes are from 8:45am - 9:30am
Child Senior Belts (Green to Black):
Monday, Wednesday, Friday classes are from 5:30pm - 6:15pm
Tuesday, Thursday classes are from 6:15pm - 7:00pm
Saturday classes are from 8:45a, - 9:30am
Adult Classes (All Belts):
Monday - Friday classes are from 7:00pm - 8:00pm
Saturday Classes are from 9:30am - 10:30am
